To complete the installation, the following requirements are set:
- You have basic understanding of SharePoint provider hosted apps
- You have basic understanding of IIS websites
- You have administration privileges on SharePoint
- You have privileges to create an IIS websites
- There is a working App catalog in SharePoint and you have privileges to add add-ins in the catalog
- There is a dedicated site collection available for hosting the Add-in (Make host site)
- You have basic understanding of PowerShell
- You have RDP access to one of the machines in the SharePoint farm
Please make sure your environment meets all requirements above before proceeding with the installation of Make.
Tip: There are a few files that need to be modified and which are stored in archives (CAB, ZIP, etc.). Using the free 7-Zip archiving tool you can modify the contents of those files without unpacking the archives. The following steps assume you are using 7-Zip to update the files.
