Start the installation by logging in to your Microsoft Azure environment.
In the installation Package a config file is added with the name ‘Set-MakeOnlineConfiguration.config’. Open this file in a text editor and use it to add the parameters created during the steps in this manual. When all the installation steps have been followed this config file will be used to deploy these parameters into the packages. Save this file in your administration for future reference.
